Aware Elevator, or Aware-EV is a solution with the ability to monitor usage and mechanical behavior. Our elevator sensor solution aims to shine a light on your elevator operations for your benefit, the building owner's benefit, and management's benefit.
The Elevator Sensor Solution can provide daily and hourly floor traffic for usage patterns, and receive data to help determine which cars are being used most and how much of distance they are traveling.
Additionally, it can:

Detect extended door holding or a change in elevator behavior or usage frequency

Identify comfort factors like in-car temperature and humidity

Send alerts for unusual turbulence so you can fix the problem before it becomes an actual problem!
Pricing

$70 per sensor + $250 per hub + required data service fee

At least 1 sensor per elevator cart is needed

The number of hubs can often be determined after reviewing your floor plan, but a physical site survey may be required.

The data service fee is a minimum of $100 per month, billed annually
