Aware-PS (or Aware Parking Solution), like many of our other solutions is tailored to your building. Choose from a variety of deployment options - from non-invasive, to embedded, to lidar. Let us provide you with a solution that agrees with your building's regulations.

 

Your residents will have real-time knowledge of parking space availability, and your building staff will have access to comprehensive visuals and receive notifications based on the rules you define.

In addition to a real-time data dashboard, Aware-PS provides aggregated analytics for weekly and monthly data.

Pricing

  • $250 per sensor + $700 per hub + required data service fee

  • At least 1 sensor per parking, electric charging, or "no-parking" area is needed.

  • The number of hubs can often be determined after reviewing your floor plan, but a physical site survey may be required.

  • The data service fee is a minimum of $100 per month, billed annually.

  • The data service fee is $5 per sensor per month, and $50 per hub per month.
