Water Leak Detection

Aware Buildings' Leak Detection, or Aware-LD is a moisture and leak detection solution that is used for monitoring, measuring, and mitigating water damage.  It is comprised of a collection of water proficient, self-installable sensors, and an automatic shut off valve controller that we tailor to each building and use case.

Our leak detection sensors operate via LoRaWan technology, which allows for reliable, building-wide deployment.

Additionally, clients have the option to opt for partial deployment if their area(s) of concern(s) are localized, or would simply like to initiate a smaller installment before committing to a building-wide installment.

The Annunciator is the solution to accessing/sharing information right when you, your staff, and your residents need it. Temperature & Environmental

Aware Buildings' Temperature and Environmental Solution is comprised of IoT sensors that allow you to determine the atmosphere of particular location in your building to help avoid damage to your moisture and temperature sensitive assets.

Aware-TE can provide insights that help you discover information, like whether a room has been insulated correctly. This sensor solution can be used in mechanical closets, server rooms, on riser pipes that are at risk of freezing, or to analyze the variations in an environment where stability is vital.

The Temperature and Environmental Solution provides you with a data dashboard so you can better visualize patterns in the variables you are monitoring. Aware-TE is also non-invasive, wireless, and provides alerting features based on the thresholds you define.

Aware Buildings' Door Activity, or Aware-DA is a solution with the ability to monitor the usage and status of doors throughout your building - from industrial, to garage, to the standard hinged door. Aware-DA works by way of contact, so they are intuitive and easy to install, battery-operated with a 3+ year battery life, and take only a few minutes to configure and deploy.

​The Door Activity Sensor Solution can provide real-time usage patterns, email/text notifications for accessed doors, provide open/closed status, emit verbal warnings or alerts if equipped with our annunciator, and so much more!

• as a back-up system for safes and other lock boxes

• as an additional security measure for windows

Fitness Center

Aware Fitness Center, or Aware-FC is a fitness center management system that reports real-time equipment availability information to both residents and management using our custom, self-installable, electronic sensor solution.

Residents have a modified view of the fitness center data through the BuildingLink Resident mobile app and desktop site, and can also access the information via Google Home and Amazon Echo products. They can quickly and easily learn what equipment is available before heading to the gym, and get comfort-status details like whether it is too warm or too crowded.

Management is offered comprehensive analytics about things like equipment usage, monthly trends, most frequented gym times, and more!

Aware-FC provides management with real-time data visuals to help optimize their fitness facility. The solution can help with determining what fitness equipment is most preferred by residents, what day/time is the most crowded, how hot or humid the facility is, and when to rotate your machinery to ensure even wear.

Additionally, the Fitness Center Solution can:

• Be paired with our sound sensor and annunciator for facilities with a "no weight clanging policy"
